Went under Daniel Boone Bridge to fish for Catfish and actually got a Catfish. 2 in fact. I also got a big 15lb carp by the piles of wood. I was surprised I could not get a flathead bite from there.
Went to River's Edge Park in Chesterfield to fish for a big Flathead and I got one late at night. The gars were as active as usual though, but I still got my fish.
Finally went to Busch lake 33 again and although I missed several bites, I did manage to get the big one. It got caught in a tree for a while but I as able to get it out and land it for my 5th 20+ pound flathead of the year.
Back in St. Louis and I went to one of the local ponds to catch a giant and I caught a pretty big catfish and also a 2.2 lb bass. I heard there were even bigger in the pond but didn't have luck with the flatheads today.
Went once during the cold spell to Warner Boat Launch. Fish were not quite as active as usual. Still managed to catch 2 catfish and a 20 inch walleye on the breakwall though so it was good.
I went back to Prairie Du Sac Dam Yesterday to catch some monsters and man did it deliver!!! I got 2 big Sturgeon and 1 huge paddlefish. Most tiring day if fishing ever!!
I took a trip to Dekorra to hopefully catch some fish and it paid off pretty well. Although I did not catch any huge monsters, I did catch six different species of fish on the river.
Went Fishing for Monster Sturgeon on the Wisconsin River today and Caught three of them. All of them came after dark though as it seems that is when they are most active. Didn't catch a massive giant but did get three good size ones.
