Because its its lackluster specs and performance recently, Canon has been trying to dub its 6d Mark II as an "entry-level" camera, probably to try and get you to compare it to other entry level cameras on the market. But you should not fall for that. It costs $2000 and needs to compared to other $2000 cameras on the market.
