Activity Summary: Francisca Adrian, Bill Shoemaker, and Deborah Soltesz did a quick clean-up and monitoring backpacking trip through Fossil Springs in mid-November. They hiked down Fossil Springs Trail, stayed the night at Fossil Springs, then left on the Flume Trail to the old Irving power facility site. The team destroyed several illegal campfire rings, picked up trash, and looked over the area to assess impacts following the 2017 permit season. Photo by AZ COF.
